Complete training, a relevant study or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience in technical real estate management. Found experience in the planning, control and monitoring of construction and maintenance measures, ideally acquired in construction projects that include rebuilding, refurbishment and investive new construction measures. Good knowledge of building contract law (BGB/VOB), housing and relevant technical standards and regulations.
