Supply Chain Manager - Customs / Sea Freight / Incoterms (m/f/d)

You are responsible for international trade and import processing, especially from Asia and China You process customs and import processes (ATLAS / EORI) internationally, in particular from Asia, and ensure compliance with all customs, tax, and country-specific requirements to ensure a trouble-free import process You manage end-to-end import processes, from the purchase order to the stock availability (FCL/LCL), and take over document management, including CI/PL, package list, Bill of Lading (OBL/SWB), freight letters, supplier declarations, test decision and customs decision You coordinate container logistics and sea freight in cooperation with international freight forwarders and design Incoterms (EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP etc.) as well as cost/risk assessment per Term You take over supply chain management and multi-location logistics as well as stock coordination, care and monitor orders, delivery dates and production levels You introduce control codes for the warehouse organization per warehouse location and work with them, manage the interfaces between purchasing, sales, production and warehouse, optimierst logistics processes and co-ordinator logistics flows within the company-internal group You develop a group-wide logistics concept, plan capacity and resources between multiple locations, introduce standards and SOPs (standard operating procedures) and meet legal requirements such as packaging reports, battery reports and reports for electrical appliances nationally and across Europe for the group

You have very good German and excellent English skills (C1) You have experience with ERP and commodity management systems You bring experience in customs processing and international trade You work structured, reliable and very accurate You have a hand-on mentality
