Service Assistant (m/w/d)

We are a car house with six locations around Munich and more than 400 employees that successfully leads the BMW, MINI and Kia brands. Feels we've been forever (since 1963). This does not prevent us from thinking forward: modern buildings, always the latest technology. And of course great vehicles from three popular car brands. Many colleagues have been with us for a long time. So there are many extras. We want everyone to feel comfortable with us.

You like calling? Great. They are the first point of contact for our customers. You agree service appointments, soothe in the pitfall, find gaps in the workshop plan, coordinate the replacement vehicles ... And the more patience and empathy you have with all this, the better.

Customers also come to our car house. It's good if you have an eye on them feeling comfortable with us. Someone's waiting for a seller? Maybe you can offer a place...

Whether on the phone or counter – it can be turbulent before; For example, if all customers need new tyres at the same time. Great if you keep the rest and smile after the thirty-five call. (And if not, it's not bad. We just want to explain the job as exactly as possible.)

Most customers are very grateful that we take care of ourselves. Sometimes they bring us chocolate. Once again, there are also impatient candidates – you take it and stay friendly (a challenge – we know – but we support you).

One more thing: You make cash daily. Does the ticket book fit the bookings? Voices Handkasse und EC-Belege? Sometimes this is done in five minutes, sometimes it takes a little longer. We will accompany you until you feel that you can do it by yourself.

Well, if you have a commercial training in the automotive sector or office management. We also look forward to seeing the experience fit. It is important that you like to do with people. Because you really communicate a lot with us – with customers, colleagues, insurance companies and many more. With the PC you can handle, maybe create an info sign in Word. We'll teach you the BMW programs. Don't worry, it's not a witchcraft. The automotive industry is never silent. Well, if you're open to new things. For several months, we have been using a messenger service for customer communication.
