TIG welder m/f

For our customer company, from the Weida area, we are now looking for an employee m/w for activities as a WIG welder of thin and medium sheets. They weld materials made of stainless steel and aluminum according to drawing specifications.

Your tasks in detail:

• Precise WIG welding of thin and medium sheets
• Processing of stainless steel in material thicknesses 1 mm to 6 mm
• Processing of aluminium in thicknesses 1 mm to 4 mm
• Stamping and mounting of components according to technical drawings
• Welding seam preparation and craftsmanship work (Schleifen, Beizen)
• Quality testing of finished workpieces by visual inspection

Customer company requirements:

• training in the metal sector (e.g. construction mechanics, metal builders) or comparable qualification
• Found experience in WIG welding (ideally valid welding tests according to ISO 9606-1/-2)
• Safe handling of stainless steel and aluminum in the mentioned thickness range
• Reading drawings and welding instructions is no problem for you
• Willingness to shift work in weekly change (breakfast / late shift)
• Care, quality awareness and team skills
