You are our local customers in the successful implementation of urban development projects and construction projects. Designing the future: You develop urban concepts and accompany municipalities in their implementation Consultancy & support: Support for municipalities in urban development and support for urban development measures and urban rehabilitation areas. Advising property owners in assisted construction projects Project management: coordination of all participants, monitoring of planners and construction managers, contract management, cost control and quality assurance Communication & Voting: You work closely with clients, partners and colleagues and ensure successful cooperation

Expertise Current university studies in the fields of urban and regional planning, geography, architecture and civil engineering Interest in urban planning topics and engineering understanding Personal competencies Communication strength, safe occurrence, service-oriented operation Secure handling of MS-Office, first experiences with programs for cost and appointment control Reliability, organizational skills, flexibility, strong team skills Self-employed, careful, independent and team-oriented work
