Doctor (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the rehabilitation-medical accompaniment of our participants and thus support the successful course of their professional rehabilitation and the subsequent participation in working life. You carry out demand-oriented diagnostics. You take on individual advice for professional training. You advise and serve our rehabilitation students. You ensure coordination with external medical professionals. In addition, the specialist support and advice of the staff as well as the advice of the relatives or other reference persons are part of your task. You prepare documentation and opinions for external medical professionals, institutions or consultants of the competent service provider.

You have a completed university degree in human medicine and an approbation and ideally have at least two years of professional experience with our target group. In addition to comprehensive medical expertise, empathy, social competence, enforcement ability and decision-making skills contribute. You work independently and are motivated, team-ready and ready to use. You identify with our aim to train people with disabilities.
