We are looking for a specialist marketing support (w/m/d) for our German sales company. In this role, you take over the processing of marketing-specific administrative tasks with the marketing team and work closely with many stakeholders within the sales organization. • Own-responsible processing of administrative marketing tasks, in particular:Pflege of article data and product information in the PIM system

• Processing of data sheets for the entire product range

• Support in providing data for the My Hartmann Touchpoint tool

• Interface function between the German marketing team and other internal departments

• Responsibility for the Structure and Availability of Marketing Content in Salesforce Knowledge

• Support for projects and subprojects in marketing support

• Coordination with Business Divisions and Supply Chain Operations

• Participation in the implementation of uniform processes of administrative marketing tasks Competences:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification through professional experience and training

• First professional experience in marketing or sales (e.g. through internships)

• Media competency and safe handling of common software systems (Ms Office, ideally SAP)

• High organizational capacity and independent, cross-departmental thinking

• Communication strength, openness for change processes and capacity for constructive cooperation

• German and English knowledge fluent in word and writing
