Technical support and contact for customers in after-sales service (remote and on site) Planning, coordination and disposition of service technician inserts Organisation and support of service and commissioning projects until handover Creation, testing and tracking of service offers and reports Technical support and further development of service technicians Processing of complaints, defects and warranty cases Support in solving technical problems and optimization issues
Completed training as a mechatronic for refrigeration, refrigeration equipment manufacturer or comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in cold and cold HVAC industry Knowledge of control and control technology Experience in the organisation and coordination of service technicians and subcontractors Secure handling of MS Office, ideally SAP knowledge Communication strong, sovereign and solution-oriented personality Good English knowledge of word and writing
