Then you are right with us: As a strategic buyer for service assignments, you take responsibility for complex procurement processes in the Vivantes Group. Vivantes Service GmbH is responsible for supplying the clinical areas with capital goods as well as medical and non-medical goods and consumer goods. The Procurement FM and Construction department is responsible for the procurement of planning and construction services, facility management services, repair measures, expert reviews and materials for the Vivantes locations and subsidiaries. The central tasks include the planning and implementation of procurement procedures and contract negotiations with external partners.

Own planning and implementation of public procurement procedures in the upper and lower threshold range according to GWB, VgV, UVgO and BerlAVG, in particular for services without product reference structuring and controlling the entire procurement process – from demand clarification, tendering and awarding Close technical and content cooperation with stakeholders, specialist departments and the central department, including formal examination by the department Procurement and commercial advice of demand providers, such as method, lotion, contract and billing models as well as suitability and award criteria Implementation of market and supplier analyses, pooling of needs and identifying standardization and optimization potentials

Completed commercial or comparable training, ideally complemented by relevant studies Multiannual professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the public environment, and well-founded experience with public procurement procedures in the upper and/or lower threshold range Very good knowledge of procurement law, in particular GWB, VgV and UVgO; knowledge of the BerlAVG and VOB/A Experiences with common procurement platforms such as DTVP and hospital or healthcare are desirable. Secure handling of MS Office and SAP-based purchasing processes, especially SAP MM Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
