WHIR The task of the Architecture and Construction Group is to develop new structures, improve existing structures and optimize the process of building and technical requirements for hospital operations within the ASKLEPIOS Group. For the realization of nationwide, demanding construction projects in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a project management (w/m/d) at the Hamburg location in full time/part time.

Project manager: You are responsible for meeting the project-related targets for the ASKLEPIOS Group Hospital Building Projects Controlling: You are responsible for the cost, quality and time controlling as well as contract management Guided tour: You conduct the internal and external project team as well as all project participants through all performance phases of HOAI

Successfully completed architectural or civil engineering studies (FH/TU) or comparable qualification Insufficient professional practice in project management or project management of technically and designally demanding construction projects Funded knowledge of VOB, HOAI, AHO, and public procurement law Joy of independent work, willingness to perform and team spirit High understanding, analytical and networked thinking, readiness for learning and training Good communication skills Experience in hospital construction is advantageous
