For 5 years we have transformed the small museum village into a modern, sustainable biohotel and this year as a final measure, with a further 26 rooms. Our structures have changed completely, so we are building a new organization in the hotel, where you will also determine and accompany the new processes from the beginning.

Operational direction of the hotel – You coordinate the processes at the hotel across departments and optimierst, if necessary, always with consideration of quality and cost-effectiveness.

Focus on R&B – The restaurant and its kitchen are certified organic and Bioland partners. Sustainable business is important to you and you develop our gastronomic offers. Your team of kitchen and service will accompany you closely, both operationally and administratively.

Host – every employee at the hotel is a host and can provide our guests with a warm welcome, information or wishes. To help everyone know, you support the teams through training and as a good example. You are a contact person for event agreements and accompany the events organizationally.

Staff management – You support the teams in the organization of workflows and are contact persons, conduct interviews and employee trainings.

Administrative Strengths – we work with a commodity management system across departments. You are responsible for data processing and monthly inventory. You have a look at the control of the economic indicators from the R&B and thereby initiate targeted measures.

Quality management – compliance with standards and legal regulations always keeps you in mind.

You bring leadership experience in the hotel industry and find an active job for commemorating and packing.

You are inspired by pronounced practical skills as well as a lot of organizational & improvisation talent

Leadership at eye level and good communication are just as important to you as us. You value not only to guide your team, but also to promote & motivate

Sustainable business is not an empty float for you, but you want to make the world a bit better.

Administratively, you can quickly integrate yourself into new systems, you can master Microsoft Office.
