This guarantees training at the highest level. For our Schön Klinik Holding SE at the Rendsburg site, we are looking for a full-time employee (m/w/d) for our building management as of 01.04.2026. Technical maintenance: You take care of maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs and renewals and ensure safe technical operation. Precise controls: You process technical reports, perform state checks and perform regular technical rounds. External after-contractor coordination: You include after-contractors, accompany their work and take over the professional acceptance. Efficient project management: You work in technical projects and support the energy management team in implementing energy-efficient measures. Structured data management: You collect technical information, process relevant data and document all services legally. Reliable willingness to call: You take part in the willingness to call and ensure a quick response at speeds.

You have completed vocational training as a Geselle or master in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. energy and building technology, building energy and infrastructure systems, electrical or communications and safety technology). You can present several years of professional experience as well as knowledge of the relevant regulations. You have good computer skills, especially in MS Office and CAFM systems. Thanks to your good understanding, you analyze and correct technical challenges in a targeted and efficient way. The commitment, team leadership and service orientation are just as good as the willingness to further and further training. You have a class B licence.
