(FSE/121911) You are the first contact person for the customers and provide assistance by phone and email You take over the 1st and 2nd level support for all questions about the software solution of our client and ensure that concerns are handled quickly and reliably You ensure customer satisfaction, through transparent communication, efficient solution finding and genuine service ideas You work closely with the other specialist departments when more complex topics arise in 3rd level support and thus actively contribute to sustainable solutions You keep the support knowledge up-to-date: Documenting, optimizing and continuously developing processes is also part of your responsibility

You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training or have a comparable qualification (qualifiers are welcome) You have first professional experience with customer contact in the B2B environment You bring a high technical affinity and are happy to work in new topics You bring a high degree of proactivity and curiosity and are a team player
