We are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site for the organization unit HR IT Software Architekten (m/w/d).

We are looking for a dedicated HR IT software architect (m/w/d), who actively contributes to the further development of our HR system landscape (e.g. SAP HCM, Magellan)

Responsibility for the design and development of our HR IT roadmap and architecture Analysis and translation of technical requirements from personnel to technical solutions Planning, implementation and further development of HR systems and digitalization of personal processes and their interfaces Consultation and coordination with departments and project teams regarding technical possibilities, standards and best practices. Ensuring compliance with data protection, security and compliance requirements, in particular with regard to the GDPR Assessment of new technologies and market trends and derivation of strategic recommendations for action for HR-IT Cooperation with internal stakeholders and control of external service providers and software providers

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification At least six years of professional experience in software architecture, enterprise architecture or HR IT Knowledge of modern HR systems - desirable SAP HCM (SuccessFactors), GuideCom or comparable solutions Experience in designing and implementing interfaces and integrations as well as knowledge in cloud technologies and SaaS architectures Very good understanding of HR processes such as recruiting, personal administration, payroll, talent management Communication-strong, pronounced analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented working and change management experience. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
