Maintenance, repair and service of bicycles and e-bikes Acceptance and transfer of repair orders in direct customer contact Creation of service bills and ordering of spare parts Software updates and diagnostics on common e-bike systems (e.g. Bosch, Shimano)

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) As an alternative: cross beginners with practical experience in cycling or e-bike technology Technical understanding and careful working Friendly appearance and communication strength in customer contact Basic knowledge of PC systems Driver's license class B Engagement, team spirit and flexibility
