Change communication, enablement and training for new HR tools and processes for the global HR organization Implementation of needs analyses for the SuccessFactors program and other digitalization projects as well as the creation, support and adaptation of SAP SuccessFactors University Consultation and methodological support of the project teams in complex transformation projects for different target groups - both conceptual and operational Monitoring and management of change management, communication and training strategies and their implementation Comprehensive expertise in the design and implementation of strategic, integrated communication campaigns and initiatives, including budget planning and control Experience in storytelling and strategic theme setting Defining global standards, guidelines and best practices for HR communication Monitoring and analysis of the performance of HR communication channels and tools Creation of journalistic texts of different formats for different channels (intranet, employee app, newsletter, social media) and creation of accompanying materials for internal HR events

Education: Successfully completed studies focusing on change management, communication, business management, human resources, technology or a related area Professional experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of organisational change management or communication or in the design and implementation of change processes in the context of program/project, communication and training plans - ideally in the HR environment Expertise: Methodological knowledge in HR, IT and digitalization topics as well as comprehensive experience with project management approaches and relevant tools Embossed journalistic basic skills and a strong sense of relevant topics and stories Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Comprehensive experience in cooperation and effective communication with stakeholders on project risks, progress and milestones Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications

Knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing Personality: Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as ability to quickly identify relationships High level of self-motivation and commitment combined with the ability to work quickly into new situations Fun at high attention for detail Creative team player
