Director Logistics & Operations f/m/d - Location Nieder-Olm

In this role, you take the overall responsibility for a state-of-the-art logistics location in the Rhine-Main area. You run a large team, secure a high-performance, quality-oriented logistics and ensure that our contracting authority is served excellently at any time. In doing so, you are looking for business, data-driven and close to the operating processes. You control the complete operation of a 21,000 m2 logistics site including all operational, technical and service-oriented areas. You run and develop and tax around 180 employees - from operational teams to technical services to executives. You are responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics: goods receipt/output, technical services, refurbishment and lifecycle management for IT devices. You know very well about change management and SAP Warehouse Management in the field of logistics. You make sure that we meet all SLAs and KPIs reliably and transparently for our public customer. You work closely with the responsible interfaces, strengthen the customer relationship and ensure satisfaction at the highest level. You carry the full P&L responsibility for the location, including cost management, productivity and financial performance. You advance continuous improvements in processes, systems and teams and ensure compliance in the areas of work security, security and regulatory requirements. Complete university studies or comparable qualification Long-standing experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution - ideally in fast-paced environments Long-standing leadership experience with big teams (100+ MA) or the willingness to go through our Core7 executive process Deep understanding of modern warehouse, technology and value-added logistics Experience with public or highly regulated customers of advantage Safe handling of P&L management and performance management Analytical, data-based mode of operation Strong communication and stakeholder skills Flowing German and English skills Please submit your application documents in English!
