Our interdisciplinary team of architecture, electrical engineering, HKLS and building automation plans and implements construction measures of the clinic up to €10 million and measures in building maintenance. We provide all phases of performance – from the first idea and feasibility study to execution – and closely interlink planning and implementation. We are looking for you as Architects (m/w/d) Priority LPH 1–5 according to HOAI | Full time | unlimited

Own-responsible development and processing of construction projects, feasibility studies and decision templates Advice and support of users throughout the planning process Development of economic, functional and sustainable solutions Design and input planning Coordination with authorities and internal and external experts Control and technical coordination of the project team Creation of cost estimates and cost calculations Takeover of the contractor's representation Leading creation and coordination of execution and work planning Quantity determination and creation of performance directories in coordination with the building management Planner support during execution

Completed architectural studies, ideally entering the architectural chamber Found experience in the LPH 1–5 according to HOAI Safe handling of CAD, ideally Autodesk Revit Knowledge of tendering software and MS Office Holistic, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Responsibility, initiative and joy of independent project work Teamability, reliability and strong communication strength Ready to continue professional development Good knowledge of German in word and writing
