Within our HRIS project you will: the implementation of our new Support HRIS in Germany and Switzerland. the operational and support technical design of essential HRIS parts. German and Swiss stakeholders through the implementation phase of Control HRIS modules, applications and extensions. the Promoting digitalisation through strategic advice. close with IT and service providers to optimize system performance work together. monitor any system and process updates, promote and integrate. new HR technology options identify and drive further automation. continuous training and support for HR teams offer. This brings you with: several years of professional experience in HR, HR Operations or HR technology, preferably in a global Matrix organization. In-depth HRIS expertise, either from one cross-border HR system implementation or as HR system poweruser. comprehensive understanding of HR processes, Rules and compliance requirements, especially in Germany. Master data management skills are advantageous. References skills in leadership or support of Change processes, including the control of stakeholders. Ability to take responsibility. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a talent for bridging local and global needs. Competences in the Analysis of Challenges, in finding solutions, in the drive of initiatives and in the complex problem solution. Very good German and English language and writing.
