You take the strategic and operational responsibility for the team with 20 motivated colleagues at the Bonn site. In addition, you control cooperation with other employees with our external partners. You develop the strategy for written customer service and implement it. Focus on service quality and customer satisfaction. You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team. You analyze service processes, identify optimization potentials and implement innovative solutions. You are responsible for the operational control, including compliance with service level agreements and KPI monitoring. You promote the further development of your employees through regular coaching, training and feedback. You work closely with other departments and external partners to create synergies and improve processes.

Commercial training or a completed study. Multiannual experience in managing teams, ideally in customer service or a comparable position with direct customer contact. Enthusiasm for customer orientation and a high degree of self-initiative. A combination of strategic thinking and operational implementation strength. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A good feeling for numbers and the ability to make data-based decisions. Experience in handling modern CRM systems and digital tools.
