The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutions to the buildings of customs, federal police, Bundeswehr or the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). Qualification: completed technical training as a plant mechanic for heating, plumbing and air-conditioning, gas and water-installer/in, construction lock/in, electrician/in, painter/in or construction tabler/in or comparable constructional training Competences: ideally professional experience in the maintenance and maintenance of land and construction facilities Basic knowledge of IT standard applications (Word, Outlook, Internet) Further requirements: Class B driving licence and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently Standing for missions within the area of responsibility Ready for training readiness to undergo a safety review after the SÜG independent work within the field of activity physical resilience and performance strong customer orientation and safe occurrence Planning and organisational skills, economic activity Teamability, good communication skills
