To strengthen our team at the Fulda site, we are looking for a qualified FCN group Controller (m/w/d)

In this responsible position, you take over the holistic controlling at company level and act as a savings partner for management and departments.

Creation of monthly management reporting including target/actual analyses and presentation of results Analysis, control and optimisation of key company key figures, in particular in the fields of production, costs, performance and cost-effectiveness inventory and cost control, including inventory assessment Support for cost accounting (serial production and project accounting) Determination and implementation of intercompany performance calculation within the group of companies Budget planning, forecasting and updating of business planning in close cooperation with the departments Determination of costing rates (hour rates / supplement rates) Implementation of monthly and annual accounts including consolidation Permanent master data maintenance Creation of ad hoc analyses, decision templates and special evaluations (e.g. cost-effectiveness calculations) for management and management

Complete business studies with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification (e.g. IHK specialist) Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in production or factory controlling Analytical, structured manner and pronounced communication strength Funded knowledge of cost accounting, key payment systems and business planning High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and an independent, quality and solution-oriented way of working Secure handling of MS Excel and ERP systems; Experience with the software eGecko and BI tools of advantage
