Design the future of customer service with us! Our dedicated IT team is looking for data and artificial intelligence. We work agile, place great emphasis on open exchanges and want to actively shape change together – always looking for new, innovative ways. Your role as Data & AI Engineer: You build our Data Pipelines on your own and use them as a basis for new AI-use cases in customer service. In doing so, you will ensure that reliable, scalable and automated AI solutions are created for our customers from innovative prototypes. Your task: As part of the domain you work on the further development of our platforms for customer service. You support the development and development of our Data Lakehouse and the Datahub as a basis for AI-use cases in customer service. You can design and automate the connection of source systems, transform data into a common model and ensure data quality, consistency and performance. You use your expertise in the field of AI to implement and further develop specific technologies – from prototypes to production – and analyzes optimization potentials. You work closely with IT teams and departments to implement requirements and to select and adapt modern tools as well as technologies.

Experience in data integration, data processing and analysis, in particular in the construction and automation of data pipelines as well as in the handling of data sheets and data hubs as the basis for scalable AI solutions. Knowledge of AI methods such as machine learning and deep learning as well as safe handling of python or similar programming languages. Ideally, experience with generic and agentic AI to accompany innovative AI-use chases from idea to implementation. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS for the efficient support of modern data and AI infrastructures as well as enthusiasm for new technologies and the implementation of innovative solutions in an agile environment. Structured, independent and independent working to accompany data pipelines and AI projects from prototypes to production. Embossed communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible manner and to collaborate across areas with IT teams, data scientists and product managers in an agile working environment.
