As a sales-oriented savings bank with a balance sheet total of around 2.5 billion. Euro, 15 branches and around 330 employees are market leaders in our business area, the Heidenheim district.

Consultant (m/w/d) This is your field of action: You control the AI strategy of the Kreissparkasse Heidenheim and coordinate central AI projects at the institute level. You organise training and further training for employees in line with requirements. You identify potentials for the use of AI in all business areas and initiate appropriate initiatives and recommendations for action. You are responsible for the rollout of new AI solutions, coordinate the introduction to the specialist areas and actively support them in implementing and using them. You act as a central point of contact for all strategic and operational issues relating to artificial intelligence.

You have a degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable qualification. You can ideally demonstrate well-founded expertise in the field of AI, its technical functioning and the regulatory framework of the EU‐AI Act. You have experience in project and process management. You convince with pronounced communication and presentation capabilities, a high degree of self-initiative and the ability to network and inspire different stakeholders.
