Senior Project Manager in Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

You bear the overall responsibility for the successful implementation of complex plant construction projects in the recycling industry in Germany and abroad You take over the responsible overall management, coordination and execution of the projects as a central interface to the customer, including all specialist departments, suppliers and companies involved in the project You identify risks and challenges during the project and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures You work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions You carry budget and cost control throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure compliance with financial requirements

You have experience in project management for plant construction projects, at best from the field of recycling industry You have a good technical understanding and their educational path (training/studies) demonstrates this technical background You like to bear responsibility and enjoy leading and motivating a team You have problem-solving competence, innovative capability and a pronounced communication capability You speak fluent English and German, other foreign languages are very welcome
