Production of special components and precision components according to technical drawings, work plans and production documents Processing of work orders in compliance with the predetermined quality, time and cost-effectiveness requirements Programming, setting up and operating modern CNC lathes as well as, if required, CNC milling machines and conventional machining machines Self-selected selection and installation of tools, clamping means and devices Performance of quality controls, workpiece measurements and ongoing production monitoring performing initial, intermediate and final tests using suitable measuring and testing equipment Maintenance, maintenance, armour and maintenance of machinery and equipment used Analysis and elimination of malfunctions in the manufacturing process and initiation of appropriate corrective measures Documentation of errors, deviations and quality defects in accordance with the applicable requirements Participation in planning and prioritizing your own work tasks and resources Active cooperation in the design and optimization of the working environment according to Lean and 5S principles

Successfully completed training for industrial, tool, or machining mechanic Multiannual professional experience in cutting production desirable Routinized handling of CNC-controlled milling and/or turning machines High level of autonomy and team capacity Structured, conscientious and independent operation
