As Senior Manager Mergers & Acquisitions, you will take over the independent management of M&A projects with the aim of contributing to ZEISS's growth strategy through focused acquisitions/shareholdings/joint ventures. a completed technical or business studies and at least 5 years of professional experience in the M&A environment (investment banking, consulting, private equity) Experience in the assessment of companies as well as the implementation of audits (due diligence) and the implementation of results derived therefrom a quantitative analysis competence, including assessment of macroeconomic and accounting indicators, and a structured approach to the development of deal-specific transaction structures strategic thinking to assess the attractiveness of potential target companies and to assess compatibility with the ZEISS strategy a high degree of independent work organisation and the ability to prioritize individual tasks independently very good knowledge of English and German JOBV1_EN
