Consultant Telematics Infrastructure (TI) (m/f/d)

Promote TI services: You act as a key player as well as product managers: for our customers in the field of telematics infrastructure and continuously develop our performance portfolio. Interfaces & Partners: You control the exchange of information with TI suppliers and service providers (e.g. TI gateway, card terminals, TI authentication and TI authorisations). Include specialist associations: You agree closely with specialist associations on deadlines, funding opportunities and specific industry issues. Integration of practical software: You coordinate cooperation with practical software manufacturers, support the further development and integration of TI specialist services (ePA, eRezept, KIM etc.). TI portal maintain: You develop our TI portal (order path, onboarding, demo portal), optimise internal processes and start understandable instructions and checklists. Sales & IT support: You actively support sales and support in customer appointments, needs analysis, presentations and escalation management. Knowledge: You train the sales team to new gematic roadmaps, releases and market developments and perform interactive webinars and workshops. Supporting customers: You can safely guide customers through onboarding for TI services (ePA, eRezept, KIM) and help them with advice. Developing networks: You represent the company at trade fairs and industry events to identify trends early and expand the network.

Qualification & Experience: You have a successfully completed degree (e.g. Business Informatics, Health Economics, BWL) or a comparable qualification as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in Health IT or in digital healthcare. TI-Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge about the German Telematics Infrastructure (TI), gematic approvals, common components and specialist services (KIM, TIM, ePA, eRezept, VSDM) and current deadlines for service providers. Communication strength: You can express yourself confidently in German, moderately sovereign and can explain complex IT topics to non-technical audiences. Project Management: You bring practical project management know-how (requirement analysis, risk and milestone planning, go-live) – ideally complemented by ITIL basics. Security & data protection: You can safely apply IT security and health data protection requirements (GDPR, SGB V, encryption standards) in everyday work. Industry Practice: You have already gained experience in cooperation with TI providers and with certification processes.
