You are the driving force behind stocks, optimization of stocks and further development of logistics processes. Together you say everything goes smoothly – from goods receipt to shipping. You are an active and open personality and have the pleasure of leading a team and taking responsibility with heart and mind for all logistics processes Responsibility for all logistics processes, including goods entry and exit, shipping and customs Leadership, development and motivation of a team of about 10 employees Analysis and continuous optimization of logistics processes Tracking and evaluation of stock metrics and inventory optimization Ensuring security of supply and responsibility for annual inventory Ensure compliance with legal provisions Participation in digitization projects and continuous improvement of processes

Studies/training Focus on logistics Professional experience in logistics, supply chain like with leadership experience Analytical thinking and a structured working method Team spirit and the ability to hold together a motivated team Good knowledge of an ERP system (SAP of advantage) and ideally in lean logistics commitment to quality and continuous improvement
