completed commercial training, ideally as a merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services; Continuing training on the field of transport (DAV/IHK) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the disposition of partial and complete charges First or multi-year leadership experience Impressive understanding of the market, prices and capacity of land transport Hands-on-Mentality and joy in contributing to day-to-day business High customer and result orientation Communication strength and good English skills Affinity for IT systems and transport management systems (TMS)
