Regional Key Account Manager Production & Services (m/f/d)

Extraction, consulting and support of medium-sized, producing key accounts in the associated sales area. Strategic and operational orientation of key accounts to achieve defined goals. Ensuring and expanding revenues and cover contributions and continuous monitoring of revenue development. Creation of a customer profile per customer including a stakeholder analysis and milestone planning. Defining prices, delivery conditions, cunning and warranty claims. Creating customer-related concepts as well as planning marketing actions. Close cooperation with the internal service team.

Business/technical studies (e.g. BWL, economic engineering) or commercial training with continuing vocational training. Professional experience in (direct) sales and key account management. Conceptual and organizational strength combined with high motivation and communication skills. Good MS Office and SAP skills. German and fluent knowledge of English. Travel and driving licence (class B) are required.
