Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

· General Front Office activities (central visitor reception and management, processing of input and output mail, postal distribution, package acceptance and courier shipments) · Implementation of various administrative activities (including flag management, organisation catering, support fleet management) · Registrature and Archive Management · Document management and scanning services · Accompanying the Digitalization and Document Management System (EIM)

Your qualifications:

· Successfully completed commercial training or administrative work experience in the field of service management, document management or comparable · Versified handling of current MS Office products in particular Outlook and Word · Ideal knowledge of document management systems · Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
