These are your tasks Depot administration: With a trained look for care, you conduct customer depots reliably and ensure correct and regular retention of securities. Depot processing: The audit of securities transactions is in your hands – coordinated with DekaBank, the dwpbank and the relevant departments. Reporting: Legal reporting obligations are met by you on time and with a clear understanding of regulatory requirements. Service Quality: With your professional know-how and a clear look for practical solutions, you can take care of complaints reliably and are the first point of contact with internal and external enquiries. Process control: As a central contact person in the experienced, four-person team, you take the technical responsibility, coordinate procedures, plan representation regulations and meet decisions in the daily business. In the absence of the group management, you take the deputy function – integrated in the team, together in everyday work.

We wish you Banking foundation: A completed study – e.g. as a bank or savings bank specialist – forms the basis for your entry. Practice strength: Thanks to your experience in the securities business, you bring both knowledge of the depot management and a good understanding of tax and regulatory framework conditions. Quality Consciousness: A high level of accuracy, reliability and professional depth characterizes your daily work. You understand how to safely transfer theoretical knowledge to practice – especially if standard solutions are not enough. Knowledge challenge with practical relevance: Your claim to stay at the latest professionally is reflected in your willingness to continue self-service training – and in the safe application of the learned in practice. Language security: You can safely control the German language (C1) in word and writing and convince by clear professional communication.

You can expect from us An annual salary between 47.695 – 65.040 Euro (maximum pay group 9a TVöD-S) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience and qualification 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers The possibility of working up to 20% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
