You take over the overall operational responsibility for AWADO LIVE and ensure a smooth running of all projects You lead and develop our team (about 9 employees) – incl. Application planning, feedback and personnel topics You tax economic development (load, budgets, cover fees) You develop the strategic orientation and performance portfolio together with the management You make sure that our quality standards grow continuously in production, technology and customer projects You keep market and technology trends in mind and translate them into specific offers You support the sales and further development of existing customer relationships

You bring multi-year experience in an agency, production or content/media environment You have detectable experience in managing teams and controlling operational units You are sure to deal with economic indicators and understand business relationships In the project business with customers you feel at home – ideally you could already gain experience in the B2B environment You work structured, decision-making and keep an overview even in complex situations You bring a good sense of video, content and digital formats
