We are looking for a Quality Coordinator (m/f/i) to join our Laboratory in Neu-Isenburg (Frankfurt/M.) to support and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards, regulations and. The role balancing accreditation, managing quality processes, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate wants work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high testing standards and compliance. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation standard while maintaining accreditation credentials. Lead and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), change management, and compliance activities to improve and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO/IEC 17025. Oversee PTP (Proficiency Testing Program) handling, application, and analysis to ensure compliance and performance meets industry benchmarks. Ensure a proper validation, verification and measurement uncertainty analysis of testing equipment and methods to maintain compliance, accuracy and reliability. Define and assess risks and opportunities within laboratory processes, implementing and maintaining effective control measures. Support in coordination, planning and demonstrating compliance internal and external audits. Work closely with the Accreditation Management Team, technicians, engineers, and lab managers to maintain the integrity of testing processes and laboratory scopes. Ensure proper documentation, drafting, and reviewing of procedures, instructions as needed to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Preferred - Some University education in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated ability to execute projects to achieve stated objectives. Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the applicable subunit(s) of the organization. 3-5 years of experience in quality management, regulatory compliance, or laboratory testing within the plastics industry. Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 9001, certification processes & schemes and DAkkS assessment process with hands-on experience in accreditation audits. Experience with quality management methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Fluent in English (C1) and German language proficiency of (B1) minimum – required. Strong team player, with flexibility, active engagement, and innovative thinking. .
