e.V. is a non-profit organization for promoting the social and professional participation of people in Pforzheim and the Enzkreis. With around 850 dedicated employees and honorary staff, we have been supporting people in the fields of youth social work, childcare, early and accompanying help, migration and people with disabilities since 1986. When living together, participation in working life is always closely linked to living sustainability. On the one hand, sustainability in employment - we strive for long-term cooperation for people with or without disabilities that creates trust and allows continuity. On the other hand, we live sustainability every day in the ml shop (consumed goods house), in mlbricks (recycling of LEGO stones) and at the recycling stations of the Enzkreis. Things already used are reused or fed to the valuable material circuit. Our fleet of vehicles consists mainly of electric vehicles and we promote low emissions in traffic through the offer of leasing e-bikes or the grant of the German ticket for all colleagues. Our team of school social work is active at various schools throughout the encirclement. For the professional schools of Mühlacker (commercial and commercial) we are looking as a successor (m/w/d). The professional schools of Mühlacker are a modern educational centre with around 1,800 students in the fields of business, technology, health and care.
