With around 48,000 employees, the General Zolldirektion (GZD) is a steadily growing and very versatile administration under the umbrella of the Federal Ministry of Finance. As a modern tax and economic administration, we generate about half of the taxes flowing to the federal government, but also combat customs criminality within the framework of law enforcement. The Customs Administration shall include the General Customs Directorate as the Headquarters of Bonn and other offices, as well as 41 main customs offices and 8 customs offices, which shall perform in particular the operational tasks of the Customs Administration.

For the Directorate IX (Education and Science Centre), we are looking for a staff member in the field of house and service services, in particular in the field of carpentry, as well as as a competitor for the next time at the Neuendettelsau office.

Your future tasks:

They are responsible for the production, repair and maintenance of the equipment within the General Customs Directorate. This is the case:

• the independent manufacture, repair and maintenance of furniture and custom-made products according to the rules of craftsmanship
• Manufacture, repair and maintenance of specialized equipment for customs dog training and maintenance, including design and manufacture of equipment not available in regular trade
• manufacture of specialized equipment and training equipment for training and training in the carpentry of the place of service
• Processing of repair orders and damage reports, especially in the field of carpenter and carpenter's handicrafts according to the rules of the craftsmanship
• acceptance of supplies, warehouse management in the area of carpentry, material requirements
• Continuous adaptation and improvement of products to the individual requirements of training methods, dogs and trainers
• Assistance in the operation of the kennel system including maintenance and maintenance of the kennel
• Local contact for trainees in technical or organizational problems related to the kennel
