Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Determination of personnel development needs and derivation of targeted measures Support and successful implementation of personnel development projects, from idea to implementation Conception and further development of internal and external training, including the continuation of the training concept Implementation of team development measures Self-employed development and development of an effective local knowledge management system in close cooperation with the headquarters

Successfully completed university studies in adult education or administrative and economics, preferably focusing on staff or comparable qualifications Including professional experience in the field of personnel development/training Experience in moderating and willingness to guide workshops with larger groups Very good knowledge of German in word and writing That would be desirable: Joy in dealing with people and a sense of potential recognition First knowledge of knowledge management Knowledge of MS Office Programs and First SAP Knowledge Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Happy work in the team High resilience, determination and readiness
