You are the voice of CHECK24: You answer questions about consumer credit – by phone, email or live chat You help: You support our customers with initial questions and find a suitable solution for every problem You get in: Your proximity to customers helps us constantly improve our services You are the interface: You work closely with our credit consultants, supports administrative tasks and provide support for queries to use our app

Communication talent: You have fun sharing with customers and express yourself professional, friendly and customer-oriented – in German in Word and Writing Service-Mindset: You are solution-oriented and give our customers the feeling of being in the best hands. Also in dynamic situations you keep a cool head Flexibility: You are reliable and appreciate the variety of working hours between 08:00 and 20:00 on 5 days a week. For a part-time job, you get an availability of 30 or 32 hours at min. 4 days with Technical Affinity: You can safely move to MS Office and want to work with modern tools Across? Welcome! A completed commercial training is a plus, but no need. It is important that you burn for communication!
