Process and Systems Specialist:in Network Connection & Anlagenmanagement (m/w/d) Aachen | from 01.05.2026 | Full time (38 hours/week) | unlimited Case conclusion & Quality: You process the customer systems assigned to the specialist department independently, in case-closing and in time and quality – until final clarification in the process Problem analysis & solution finding: You analyze critical customer processes autonomously, develop sustainable solutions and take into account operational interactions in the end-to-end process Feasibility assessment: You develop and implement a systematic assessment of energy and technical feasibility – as a resilient basis for decisions and processing steps Quality store & deviation management: You monitor quality stores of the associated (partial) processes, derive appropriate measures in the event of systematic deviations and bind the referent:in E2E Framework conditions & implementation: You observe continuously modified framework conditions (scientific/operative) and coordinate resulting implementation activities in the field of competence

Successfully completed university studies with a technical or commercial focus (or a comparable qualification) Multiannual professional experience in the energy sector, network connection, plant management or customer service Secure handling of MS Office and other IT skills Impressed decision-making in the area of responsibility, organisational skills and problem-solving orientation Address-oriented communication, both with internal and external customers: inside, service providers etc. Self-employed and structured work with a high level of responsibility and target orientation
