As project manager:in the project you are responsible for the planning and implementation of projects of DB InfraGO AG in the various phases of performance in the Southwest region For this purpose, you are organising the planning, commissioning, construction management, documentation and quality testing including acceptances according to VOB or HOAI and conducts the management of foreign companies You are responsible for the technical, terminological and cost-oriented implementation of the construction measures and independently tax specialist planners: both internal and external business partners: As a contractor:in you act as a link between builders:inside, technical-company specialist planners:inside, internal and external service providers as well as construction companies You carry out decisions independently in cooperation with the contracting parties, document the results and agree planning and implementation measures

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed technical/university study as a civil engineer:in the field of construction, construction project management or a comparable qualification Ideally you have work experience in construction project management as well as in the tendering, awarding, accompaniment and acceptance of construction services Ideally, you have knowledge in the fields of VOB, VOL, HOAI as well as the applicable legal regulations and have experiences in dealing with project management and control systems You are a team-ready, well organized and safe to negotiate, performs with high standards and works independently, forward-looking and result-oriented Stringent quality, cost and time consciousness as well as the pronounced ability to work structured characterize you You have good MS Office skills, ideally first experience with SAP, iTow and AVA systems and can demonstrate a valid class B driving licence
