Employee (m/w/d) for reception/telephone

For our customers, we are looking for reinforcement in the form of a motivated employee (m/w/d) for the area reception/telephone. The position is now to be occupied and finds in the employee transfer to VZ .

• Operation of the telephone center and incoming emails - General office activities and correspondence - management of the cash register and the cash register - processing of the mail - administration of keys for vehicles and the closing system - maintenance of all Outlook calendars (Fleet, Absences) - organization, ordering and billing of hosting - organization of events and catering in general - booking of rental cars, flight, rail travel and hotels - order, administration and delivery

as an employee (m/w/d) for the field of reception/telephone: - Good organizational capacity and very good handling - Self-employed work - Experiences in the field of reception or office activities - German in word and writing
