Coordination and disciplinary and professional leadership of employees Creating evaluations and different reports Organization of customer-related workflows Pre- and post-preparation of billing and the management of pensions with SAP First contact person for pensioners and other bodies (sickness funds, financial offices) on technical questions relating to billing Individual clarification of special questions of pensioners further development of the manuals and documentation for their own customers and also across customers Participation in optimization and digitization processes in the business area

Successfully completed commercial training or study Multiannual experience in accounting for operating pensions or payroll accounting, as well as competence in tax and social insurance related topics First leadership experiences are desirable but no need! Interest in occupational pension schemes You feel comfortable handling and analyzing large amounts of data You have several years of professional experience in pay billing, preferably in SAP HCM, DATEV or Paisy Safe handling of MS-Office Very good knowledge of German and English Structured working, fun and commitment to the processing of structured and recurring topics A high claim for completeness and accuracy of your own work High reliability and quality when performing tasks Own responsibility and organisation as well as creative thinking
