Building Technician Cologne-Bonn Area (m/f/d)

Your tasks • correspondence with and contact for tenants, service providers and third parties • Supporting a versatile building stock • Ensuring and implementing the operator's obligations within the meaning of the client, such as winter service • Monitoring of technical facilities • Control and monitoring of contractual obligations arising from lease agreements and house regulations • Control, monitoring and execution of necessary maintenance and repair measures and beauty repairs • Contact person and coordinator for the acceptance, display and prosecution of defects resulting from the building operation • Maintenance of outdoor and garden facilities • Willingness to participate in the readiness to call • You co-ordinate and instruct craftsmen/traders and maintenance companies and take over control and acceptance of the services provided

Your profile • Handicraft training (ideally in the field of electrical engineering or heating/sanitary) as an alternative professional experience in house masters • Good to very good knowledge with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint • Interest in innovative, digital working methods • Flexible and agile thinking • Self-employed, systematic and well-organized work • Friendly and safe occurrence • Reliability, teamability and craftsmanship • Driving class B best case BE
