We are looking for you

Location: Stadtallendorf start date: at the next time possible; Full-time (38 hours/week), limited as part of parental leave You want to become part of a team within the Plant Operating Planning division? In your role within the Local Documentation Unit (LDU), you take on a key role in the care and further development of our production-relevant master data and documentation. With your structured working style and affinity for SAP systems, you contribute significantly to the efficiency and quality of our processes – both locally and internationally. Your tasks include the installation and maintenance of relevant master data for all products produced at the site and at Co-Packers or distributed in Germany. You ensure that all materials required in production are stored in the system completely and correctly. Another focus of your activity is the timely provision of the piece lists required for production to ensure an efficient production process. You will be in close contact with various departments at work and at group level and provide competent advice and support for all issues relating to master data and production documentation. You process inquiries from business units, production and our co-packers with respect to piece lists, master data and line changes and thus actively contribute to process security. You are also responsible for regular checks on the master data in the SAP systems GEA and FIP. In addition, you will bring your know-how to national and international projects where you will participate in the implementation of new processes and the optimization of existing processes in the SAP system. Successfully completed training in the commercial sector with professional experience, ideally in a technical environment or successfully completed studies in the business sector Impressed communication and enforcement Very good analytical skills and conceptual strength Problem-solving competence and team capacity as well as flexibility and readiness to use Secure handling of MS Office and SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
