Your duties Planning and control of financial processes (strategy, medium-term planning, budget, forecast) as well as taking over a function area in controlling, such as R&D, S&M, G&A or HR.

Ensure compliance with deadlines, task priority & quality of results within planning processes

Task Control Support – and Priority for Junior Controller/Analyst

Compilation of strategy and planning presentations for discussion in management

Coordination and preparation of detailed analyses in monthly reporting and annual budget processes

Compilation and preparation of ad hoc analyses, information and presentation for the Executive Board, possibly in cooperation with other functions

Support for global financial teams and ensure that the functional goals are achieved and support for digitalisation in controlling

Review of financial KPIs – preparation and regular processing of KPI numbers with improvement plans

Sales, cost, cash flow and CapEx analyses as well as commentary of deviations

Building and continuous development of existing and new controlling processes and methods

Cooperation in financial and controlling projects

Complete university studies in an economic direction (economy, economic engineering, etc.) with a focus on controlling, corporate finance or similar topics

Multiannual professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Controlling

SAP knowledge, essentially related to SAP CO and FI module, as well as SAP BW, experience with Power Bi dashboards

Experiences with common Office 365 applications and collaboration solutions

Intercultural competence and communication strength

Experience abroad and experience in larger corporate structures is desirable

Project experience in finance and controlling projects is desirable

Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German in word and writing
