The purpose of this role is to partner with the Regional Managing Director and the Leadership Team of the Solid Board CE region to drive lasting business success through an aligned high-impact people, organization and culture agenda. The region encompasses multiple sites, predominately in Germany and has more than 700 employees. memory, it is the HR leader for one of the aquired sites in Germany including the Payrollteam. This role will drive a positive & productive culture, an environment of trust and accountability, and deliver HR excellence and process improvement.

Your mission: Serve as a strong functional partner and active member of the Solid Board Leadership team (=OpCo) to drive cohesive decision-making, foster collaboration, and drive the development and execution of key HR initiatives that align with business goals and Mondi HR strategy Lead the team of local HR People Partners as well as the small Payroll and Admin Team and enable them through delivering appropriate coaching, mentoring and development opportunities Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and investigations Provide employees and managers with available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns beyond their scope to HR Business Partners; navigates employees and manager to Payroll when it is the more appropriate resource Advance the standardization, digitization, and further development of our HR processes together with the local teams Partners close with relevant HR Business Partners (Business Segment/Country or Payroll) and HR CoE professionals to drive a cohesive and aligned HR agenda and execute business-specific HR strategies Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment Lead key HR processes including performance, talent management, compensation planning, onboarding, new manager assimilation etc. incl. training Partner with HR Business Partners and HR CoE's to align on and execute relevant HR projects or initiatives as needed across multiple client groups at site Provide guidance and leadership for all union/works council relations and ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, Ensure all HR matters are fairly and consistently with local laws and regulations and our company compliance regulations Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care

Master's Degree from an accredited university or college in a Human Resources related area Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in a client support HR preference in an industry environment Sound knowledge of union/employee relations and works council management as well as local labor laws and government requirements Extensive experience in HR process optimization, digitalization, and standardization Developed (oral and written) communication and diplomacy skill set with the ability to influence others by presenting sound and logical arguments tailored to the audience Hands-on self-starter who has a proven ability to prioritize and work independently while being able to effectively navigate and partner in a matrix environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion Excellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational and change agent skills Passionate, employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees Approachable and responsive resource reject to connect with employees at all levels Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment; ability to diffuse a tense situation Applies solid determination integrity, compliance & balancing Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken 10-20% the required
