We invent what: Our work spectrum includes planning and Construction monitoring in the wastewater treatment plant sector, rehabilitation measures to large new buildings. Our project teams are almost always from several departments of engineering services.

• You're moving with us: -

· Own-responsible processing and management of exciting construction projects up to medium difficulty · Representation of the interests of the client to internal and External service providers · Project planning and processing according to HOAI, performance phases 1–9: the basic assessment of the design and approval planning up to to construction monitoring and documentation · Taxes and maintenance of external engineering offices: Creation of design drafts and evaluation of results with regard to quality and cost-effectiveness · Vote with demand carriers and all other participants in the project · Create and maintain cost and schedules; Coordination and Monitoring of dates

• That's what you bring:

· Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) of the discipline Civil engineering, architecture or equivalent knowledge and Skills · Found experience in the processing of high and high Engineering projects according to HOAI, performance phases 1–9, LBauO and VOB – Planning, approval and supervision of the design · Special knowledge in the field of sustainable building (e.g. Green facades, green roofs, reuse of recycled building materials) · Knowledge of the observation of buildings desirable · Secure handling of MS Office, AVA programs, CAD programs (AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Project · BIM knowledge or first experiences are desirable · They convince by a clear and targeted communication, work structured and independent – and bring curiosity and Openness for innovative approaches in construction
