Team Leader Receivables / Accounts Receivable & Master Data Management (m/f/d)

Become part of CHEFS CULINAR and support us in our new branch in Pilsach as team leader (m/w/d) receivable & master data management in full time (38,5 h/week). You take the professional and organizational leadership of your team and ensure that both the receivable management and the care of our master and customer data are efficiently, structured and implemented in high quality. You always keep in mind processes, key figures and optimization potentials.

You take over the professional leadership, control and further development of your team in receivable and master data management. You ensure the efficient processing of open receivables as well as a structured dunning and keeps in mind payment inputs. The quality and up-to-date of our customer and master data form the reliable basis for us – you ask for it with your team. You analyze key figures, derive measures from them and advance the continuous optimization of processes. You work closely with sales service, customer service and sales management and act as a central interface for all relevant topics.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or an economic study, ideally focusing on accounting, controlling or business informatics. Multiannual experience in receivable, debitor or master data management or a comparable environment is ideally brought along. First experience in the leadership of a team you could ideally already gather. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is part of your craftsmanship. Ideally, you also have experience with BI tools or CRM or Industrial systems. Analytical thinking skills, a safe handling of numbers and communication skills characterize you.
