Network Administrator – Focus on Azure & Microsoft 365 Cloud Services (m/f/d)

You manage, operate and develop our Azure and Microsoft-365 cloud infrastructure – focusing on cloud networking, connectivity and hybrid architectures. You plan, design and optimize the network connection between on-premise, Azure and Microsoft 365 and ensure performance, stability and security. You are responsible for cloud network architectures and security concepts such as Hub-Spoke, Network Segmentation, Zero Trust Concepts, Private Endpoints, NSG and Azure Firewall. You address and optimierst identity and access management issues such as Entra ID/Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA and RBAC. You operate and optimize Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online, taking into account traffic flows and user experience. You automate and standardize operations with PowerShell, Azure CLI or Infrastructure as Code and supports complex cloud and hybrid cloud shooting.

You have a completed IT training, for example as a specialist system integration, or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, ideally focusing on cloud networking, hybrid connectivity and Microsoft 365 services. You already have well-founded experience with Azure Networking, Identity & Access Management and network security in cloud and hybrid environments. First experiences with Cloud Security Services, Automation or Infrastructure as Code – e.g. PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep or Terraform – are a plus. Certifications such as AZ-104 or Microsoft 365 Administrator complete your profile, but are not a must. Additional knowledge in the classic network environment, such as Cisco, Routing/Switching, VLAN or firewalls, are also helpful for this position. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and are interested in cloud, security and network design topics.
